If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

We gladly accept returns for all products within 30 Days of the purchase date.

Returned products must be new, unused, and not personalized.

 Please note:

• The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.

• Please be careful when opening and trying your item(s) so that you can get a refund should the item not be what you imagined. It's kind of like buying a new pair of shoes - give your new pair of sneakers a good test on carpet, but once you take them on the trail, they're yours to keep!

• All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility, unless defective.
  

• The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
  
  

Warranty & Damage Issues
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.

Any warranty or damage issues after 30 days from delivery are handled by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer is a bit different in how they handle these issues - check the instruction manual or contact us - we'll point you in the right direction.


Return Instructions
If you are returning a product, kindly call us at 303.887.5056 to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

Refunds
Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card) or as a gift certificate. Typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debt card to reflect the refund.

Shipping
